What happens when I run out of credits?
Generation pauses rather than silently billing you. You can top up at any point, or move to a plan whose monthly allowance fits how you actually work.
Do I own what I generate?
Yes. Output is yours to use commercially on every paid plan, including the free tier, with no watermark. Actors from the shared cast stay shared, which means another account can use the same face. If that matters for your brand, Enterprise licenses actors exclusively to you.
Is the output labelled as AI generated?
The people are generated, and we say so. TikTok and Meta both require AI content disclosure, and the platform records which model produced which part of every asset so you can meet that requirement rather than guess at it.
Can I bring my own actor or product?
Products, wardrobe and locations from Starter upward. Custom actors built from a written description from Pro upward. Actors built from your own footage or likeness are an Enterprise conversation, because consent and licensing have to be handled properly.
What does a plan change cost mid month?
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period so you keep the credits you already paid for.
